Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request you to publish an advertisement on the apartment which I wish to give on rent to a family.

The title of this ad will be ‘two-bedroom apartment’ and its description is well-maintained, fully furnished house with two bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom. One parking spot is also provided. It is close to Walmart, highway 401, Matthew Park, and Saint Andrew school. The rent of this apartment is $1000.

I kindly request to place this advertisement on the front page of your newspaper to make sure it has better visibility by highlighting it. I would prefer to make the payment via E-transaction.
