Dear John,

I hope this message finds you in great spirits. I wanted to reach out because I am planning to sell some of my furniture, and rather than parting with it through a stranger, I thought of you first.

The reason for my decision is that I will be moving to a new flat next month due to a job transfer, and unfortunately, I won’t have enough space for my current furnishings. Among the items I’m selling is a beautiful dining table accompanied by four chairs. Additionally, I have a comfortable sofa set and a stylish white wooden laptop desk with an ergonomic chair that complements it. All pieces are in excellent condition and have been well maintained.

If you’re interested, I would love for you to come over and take a look at the furniture. Evenings would work best for me, so please let me know a time that suits you. Rest assured, I will offer you a reasonable price.
