Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire you about the availability of flexible work hours for me. I came across with certain short course, advertised on our company’s website. I am particularly interested in this program as I am planning to expand my professional skills in digital marketing.

Before enrolling, I would appreciate if we could discuss my work schedule. Specifically, I would like to know if it is possible for me to work parttime for next two weeks. As the duration of each class is 4 hours I assume attending the course in the morning would be more beneficial for me.

Finally, If my morning absences at work may cause inconvenience, I can find an excellent substitution. I would be grateful if you could take my plans into consideration and give me chance to attend a short course.
