My name is Arsen, and I am your regular visitior to your swimming pool.I am writing this complain because of minor accident, that I have experienced during my last visit.

On 14th of March, when I visited your swimming pool in the morning.Usually after I have a swim, I take a shower.Subsequently in that day after had a shower, I slipped out to wet floor, as a result I have hurted my back and head.But don’t worry this is no significiant injury.I have taken some medical observe and doctor gave me reciepents.

However to avoid such occurences, I reccomend do something with this.You should put there rubber mats intended special for bath.Because rubber in bath really helps to avoid slip to the floor and it also disseminated method to situations like this.

I strongly belive that you will do something to prevent such accidents in the future eventually its to guests safety.If you have some questions or requirements, I will help you just ask me.Thank you for your time and consideration.
