Dear Manager,

I am writing to you regarding an accident that occured lately in your supermarket. In addition I would love to make some suggestion to avoid further problems.

Firstly, what happened was that I had wanted to purchase a bottle of grape juice that came in a glass bottle, and as I reached for it in the fridge, the containers of the fridge collapsed on me but I reacted swiftly and supported the bottles to prevent them from falling.

Secondly, your kind employees came to rescue immediately, which was very helpful. They supported the fridge and assissted me in getting the bottle I wanted.

Lastly, I would like to suggest some precautions to prevent situations like this from occuring in the future. For instance, placing glass containers on a lower shelf, as well as, avoiding to over-stock the fridge with products.
