Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter you to draw attention on slippery stairs.

My name is Hardik Chaudhary, I am living at just behind your supermarket. I oftenly visit to your store to buy some essential products.

Yesterday I visited to your store to buy milk and and some vegetables around 4 o’clock at evening. I was went to first floor to get vegetables. After I got the vegetables I needed to go down to buy other products. When I was on the down stairs, I suddenly slipped on the stairs.

Subsequently, I got injuries on my left leg. In addition, I got minor fracture on my right thumb.

I suggest to you solve this problem immediately, as a result there are no more incidents will occur in the future which your valuable customers. I request you, please fix “Anti sleep safety tap” on the stairs.

I would be grateful if you could take quick action regarding this concern.
