Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Hoda Torabi and I recently flew with your airline from Vancouver to Toronto. Unfortunately, I left my wallet on the plane and I’m reaching out to see whether my wallet can be found and returned to me.

I took the 9:00 a.m flight on September 16th, numbered AK710, and my seat number was H12. I believe I left my wallet in the seat compartment.

My wallet is pink-colored on one side and has a somewhat unique appearance on the other side since there is a printed picture of my cat on it. There is also a “Niagara” keychain attached to the zipper which makes it pretty distinguishable.

Apart from the sentimental value of the wallet itself, I also have a lot of important documents inside the wallet. My driving license, health card, and credit cards are all in this wallet.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could check whether my wallet has been found on this flight and how I can retrieve it.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Hoda Torabi
