Dear Sir or Madam,
As a resident of the Cambridge community and a regular customer of your supermarket, I am writing to register my complaint regarding a recent unpleasant encounter I had at your supermarket with one of your employees.
During my visit to the store last Sunday, I was searching for some organic vegetables that I had intended to buy for my little daughter. While I was looking for some red Capsicums, my eyes caught the attention of some rotten Capsicums that were mixed with the new ones, so much so that the whole bunch of Capsicums was getting affected by that due to the spreading fungus. I quickly alerted one of the staff present in that area about the situation and asked him to find me the fresh ones from the warehouse.
Contrary to my expectations, the staff responded in an inappropriate manner saying that you may buy whatever is available on the shelf or leave if you don’t like. He further said that the staff here is not to comply with your orders and their duty is just to keep the shelves filled. This entire situation was nothing short of a shock for me as I have never experienced such an attitude from any of the staff at this store before.
Considering that the person whom I dealt with could be a new employee or had a bad day for some reason that might have resulted in such a behavior, I would like to suggest you to please train your employees on conducting professional behavior to the customers.
Yours sincerely,
Muhammad Faizan
