Dear Mr. Singh,
I am writing this letter to apologise a mistake which I made. I missed recent held office meeting which was vital for our coming projects in year 2026.
I was ready to attend meeting; unfortunately, my younger doctor met with an accident on same evening. When I was driving for office, suddenly I got a call from my wife that she is in need. I went to hospital and it almost took 4 hours to complete all the policy and procedures there. I could reach at office on time, consequently I failed to be a part of meeting.
I have planned to catch up on all the information which was discussed during meeting. One of our colleague was allowed to film whole event and he is ready to share that data with some company’s terms and conditions. Apart from that, I got hand written drafts from our company communicator who was presented in meeting.
I am ashamed that I did not attend this particular business event. However, it was my responsibility to take care of my family. In future, I will try to balance my both personal and professional lives so I do not have to face this kind of incidents.
Yours Sincerely,
Partap
