Dear Miss Amanda,

Hello Amanda i hope you in good health,I am writing to you to show my apoligiz about the last week April 31st meeting, At the Golden dish restaurant.

The reason this happend is that because my littel son Adem was sick this day and i should stayed with him in the hospitel Until the midknight, So these why i forgot our date. However, I completely understand if you were upset.

I feel bad about it and i know it is hard to forgave me because the meeting was about something very important, such as your weeding food. furthemore, It was never my intention to cause any inconvience to you. and i do not mean to let you waiting me for one hour and half (1H/30M) at the restaurent.

I would like to offer a new schedule to meet tomorow at the same place on the same time at 6PM, I hope this will solve the issue.

Once again, I am really sorry for what hapend.
