Dear Manager,

I am writing to arrange about renting room from your hotel, because many people recommended your hotel for me. I and my friend want to stay your hotel.

We are going to go to hotel on 7th of May and after few days our trip will begin. I believe that your hotel is the best choice for us, because hotel was praised by local people.

Our last trip, we had bad room, since there aren’t any playstation and shower and it caused to many problems and difficulties; therefore, we hope that your hotel has playstation and shower with good quality. In addition, we need good sea view, and we can enjoy sea view.

Your hotel was praised by local people, but some people believe that it’s cost is very expensive. However, I think your hotel is not expensive, and hotel has discounts for new customers. Are there any discounts for we? Can you give me some information about hotel’s cost?
