Dear sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request you regarding some time off work, because my son is getting married, but he lives overseas, and I am very desperate to attend the wedding.

I want to take the leave from this Wednesday ,2nd of august to next Thursday, 10th of august for the 7 working days. I need some days around my travel just to neglect some unseen conflicts.

I promised you to make up for the vacation time by doing overtime work in the evenings and I also have a great internet facility at my place to do all the tasks if it is suitable for you, besides this, I also agreed to stay the at office after working hours.

Thank you for your consideration for this matter.
