Dear Mr. Brahmbhatt,

I hope you are doing well.

I am reaching out to request a transfer of six months to the head office of Good Shepherd in the United States. I have given this a long thought, and I feel like I want to explore more in our field of work.

As you are aware, I have been fortunate enough to get the best employee award this year. However, I feel like I am yet to participate in a lot of company projects and programs. If I could get this opportunity of working at the Good Shepherd’s Head office in the U.S., I would be able to gain more knowledge by being a part of a lot more trainings as well as community programs.

I would be training Ayesha for a week, and in my absence, she will be leading our on-going projects. I would also be providing her with the fobs and keys to our storage units and filing cabinets, in case she needs to access anything.

Will you please allow me to go for the time period of 6 months? If you could arrange my meeting with the Program Manager at the head office, that would be really appreciated.
