Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter is formally writte to discuss an opportunity with the management. A good friend has recently shared an advertisement she saw online. The ad pertains to a seminar-workshop on marketing and AI.

The training course will be held a week from today in San Francisco, California. This 5-day activity will solely focus on the integration of AI in marketing, as well as the current trends in AI for marketing. According to my close friend, this workshop will be a joint venture by some of US’s top marketing firms with Google and IBM discussing the technological part.

Potentially, I view this as an opportune time for the entire marketing department to upgrade their skills and update their knowledge- knowing that AI has become rampant. In addition, on behalf of the entire team, we are looking into financial support the company can provide. Since this event is also out-of-town, the sought financial aid may extend not only to the cost of attending the training, but also hotel and lodging. Further details are discussed in the attached information.

Thus, attending this seminar-workshop guarantees a significant addition to our skill set. Nowadays, AI has already been integrated in the lives of every person. Digital Marketing has opened a lot of doors to a lot of companies as well. Furthermore, I firmly believe that this opportunity can turn the company into its best as the leading marketing firm in the world.
