Dear Mr.Smith.,

I am writing to let you know that, I am planning to relocate and complete my assigned responsibilities in the office headquarters, which is located in Switzerland.

I am working in the company from the past four years while staying in India, during which I have met several senior officials of the organization through virtual meetings. Additionally, my family has planned a long vacation where they thought to spend time with relatives and exploring the country. This idea has made me to take this decision to work in that nation.

Apart from that, my process involves contacting with the clients in the respective region, which will be beneficial for me to fulfill the requirements. Furthermore, I would be carrying all the equipments which the company has provided me, such as a laptop, a headphone, and an iPad, which can assist me to meet all the targets.
