Dear Madam,

I hope this letter meets you well? i am Damilola Afolabi and i would like to purchase some electrical goods at your Company. The following items are what I would love to buy; a Deep freezer, Microwave, Gas cooker, Rice cooker, Washing Machine, Blender, an air fryer and Iron.

Could you please state in your response if these items are available for pickup or they would be ordered. I would also appreciate it if the prices can be listed so that I can budget for it properly.

Furthermore, if the goods are available, I would be willingly to make a 50 percent deposit and balance up when picking up the goods. In addition, I would also want to know how long your company will be willing to keep the purchased products I wish to know the required procedure for keeping the items for a period of time and the procedure for pick up.
