Dear Ms Melikova!

I am writing to formally ask to change my English course group, as my current schedule of lesson times conflicts with work times, because of this situation most of the time I was or late or did not even come to lessons because I did not have time to get there.

As I said, the reason I am contesting you is to change de group. I am working part time from 8am to 1 pm. Sometimes if I did not finish my work or someone needs my help I can stay until 8 pm. As our lessons were at 2 pm, most of the time I was late because of traffic jam or did not even try to come because I knew that it is impossible to arrive on time. I would be grateful, if you could replace me in another group, which lesson hold on evenings or online.

Please the other thing I would ask for is to send me writter confirmation of the new timetable.
