Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to seek your permission to organize a local community event next Wednesday around 7 AM at my nearby public park which will encourage the local people especially the young generation to be more focused on their day-to-day life activities. Moreover, it will be a great help if you can guide us on getting the required permission from the local police station.
To begin with, I am Om Prakash, a graduate of Cambridge University, working as a software engineer, and love to educate the people around me. A few days back while playing a sport in my surrounding park, my friend and I had thought about different ways to guide local people in improving their health conditions by performing yoga. Henceforth, we came up with the idea of organizing a community event on yoga to educate people about the benefits and different ways of performing yoga. We strongly believe that the event will help the nearby area people to avail the healthy benefits of yoga and motivate them to be more active in daily work.
In conclusion, It will be a great help for us if you provide the required permission to utilize the park for one day.
