Dear Jahongir,

I trust you’ve been doing well. I’m writing to warmly invite you to attend my father’s 50th anniversary, a celebration that would not be the same without you.

Honestly, I’ve been preparing for this event for about 4 weeks. We initially planned to celebrate it on my father’s birthday, 16th December, though due to his immediate trip to Munich, we had to postpone it to 5th of January. And to make it convenient for everyone, we chose the Town Hall named after X located on the outskirts of the city.

Actually, we’re inviting so many guests and some of them are even coming from abroad. For instance, your idol World Rapid Champion Magnus Carlsen will also be there and undoubtedly, this will be the best day for you. As you would get a chance to play with him and you know, it’s by far the best opportunity for you to learn some of the most advanced and unique techniques from your favorite chess player. Besides, we’re also organizing live music and dance shows at the end of the event.

I’m sure this will be one of the most memorable days in your life. And feel free to ask any question about the anniversary. If you come two days before the event, we could prepare together.
