I hope my letter finds you well.

I am writing to you to reduce my working hours in order to study part time.

I would to start studying to make my English better. But I have some defficults which is the school is so far from my home and I need to take 3 buses to get at time because I do not have a car. And whene I finish my class I need to get home to eat and get my working cloths. All of this will take a lot of time from me to did it.

My studys time is every day at the morning, from 9:30 to 12:00 am. So I want to change my working time to be from 2:00 to 10:00 pm.

At my job position you know that I am always need to write a daily repport in English. I found it defficult to write this daily repports in English,also it is west my time. So if I get studying English I will be able to write this reports easly .
