Dear Smith,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding my working hours as a manager at Illumin. Rather than working 44 hours a week, I want to work only 30 hours a week.
Firstly, I want to explain the reason for this is that I want to study programming at Conestoga College. And, I have got an admission in a Web Development course which is for 3 months. Since it will be difficult for me to study part-time and work full-time so I want you to cut down my working hours.
My classes of the course are from Monday-Wednesday from 8am-2pm and I will be free the rest of the week. If possible, I want you to shift my working days and I want to work from Friday-Sunday at 8am-9pm.
I believe that this course will not only help me but also help our organisation. This course will teach me how to create websites and after completing the course I could make a website for our organisation.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Shweta.
