I hope this letter to formally request a reducing of my working hours in order to pursue a part-time study.

It is a part-time Data Science program, which will equip me with advanced skills in data analysis, and machine learning.

To seek my studies, I would like to reduce my schedule to 30 hours per week. Ideally, I would work from 9 a.m to 3 p.m , Monday to Friday. This adjustment will allow me to attend evening classes while maintaining my responsiblities during core office hours.

I truly believe that this opportunity will not only enhance my technical skills but also increase my efficiency and contribute more value to our team.

Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to discussing it further at your convinience.

Kind Regards,

Sirine Miraoui
