Dear Katrina,I am writing this letter regarding my work schedule. I want to request you to decrease in my working hours as I get enrolled in baking classes.Its a request if you can try to schedule my working hours according to my classes. Its going to be morning classes in weeksays, So probably I can work on weekend and in the evening time. It will be really helpful if you will schedule me according to these timings. I can work only 20-25 hours per week, I will not be able ro work full time. Because I want to give ample time to my baking training classes.I am sure that it will be really helpful for you also in the future. As I am already working as bakery clerk, So after getting professional training in cake decorating and baking, I will be to give you hand in working, whenever you have shortage of staff.

It will be really appreciated if you will consider my request about working hours. If you have any questions, you can ask me any time.
