Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention regarding the noise and water issue. I am a student who live in five floor of campus accommodation. Currently, I found that there are some new students move in and they often make loud noise at midnight. Besides, there are some problems in my bathroom like low water pressure and unstable hot water.

Because of these noise , I cannot sleep because of the noise at the midnight and I feel exhausted next day. Recently, the bathroom have low water pressure and unstable hot water. Sometime is too cold to take shower and it take long time for shower.

I think that the campus accommodation have a specific rule about the noise which studens shoud not make a loud noise especially after 10:00 p.m. Therefore, I think school need to implement this regulations by giving a waring to the student who make a noise. In addition, I would appreciate that the bathroom issue can be fixed in this weekend. I look forward to your positive reply.
