Dear Mr. Clark,

I am writing this letter to express my admiration for a new uniform code and offer some suggestions for its improvement.

To begin with, I would like to say that it was a great pleasure for the stuff members to receive the news about the renewal of the uniform they have been wearing for years. What makes us feel satisfied is the good quality of the tailoring and the fabric you chosen. I personally appreciate our company’s logo added on the back of new jackets.

However, there are some places to improve. As a worker from a repair shop, I lack pockets on trousers to put in a screw driver or pliers. Besides this, boots are not so comfortable and soft as previous ones.

I would rather you conducted simple research and gave employees questionaries to fill, so that our marketing department together with designers can upgrade the uniform and meet everybody’s needs.

We appreciate the opportunity to wear up-to-date uniform. Thank you in advance for considering this matter.
