Dear Sir,

i am writing this epistle for booking your hotel for a special occasion, i am a Ramesh employee of A One company as your know our company taking your restaurant’s services form last three years and this time i have a responsibility for organizing the event .

Fortunately, every time your staff members played really appreciated role in serving amenities to our guests. this time is come again when we need your hotel’s hall for party and some requirements. This year we are going to celebrate 50 years anniversary of our organization so we are inviting 200 people which are triple from last times. so we nee a big hall and extra waiters for that day. As well as, i have a own menu for cousins and one 6 inches cake.

this party is going to held on 20 november,2024. I have some inquires regarding arrangements of the occasion. First and foremost, Decoration is necessary for enhancing the beauty for the party hall so please give us a special ornament with sky blue and royal blue florist.
