Dear Sir,

I am writing to invite the owner of Cakra Mandala for support a charity fundrising gala. Detailed information will be elaborated further.

Firstly, I would like to give you some background information. Recently, people in Aceh need our helps because of flood that was occured last week. There are more 2600 people was died and more than 1300 house was broken. So, this gala is important to help the victims.

Secondly, I would like to tell you details information about the agenda. Charity fundrising gala will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2025 in Sultan Agung Stadium. Our agenda will be start at 07.00 AM until 2.00 PM.

Thirdly, I have an appropriate ways to contribute in the event. You can give a money or things that useful in the gala, such as drinks, foods, or others. The last but not least, I hope you can arrive and support this event directly, because public will be enthusiastic if there are you in here.
