Dear sir,

As a human resource manager in your company from last four years, i am writing to you to suggest style to implement in order to reduce work hours.

It is true that a our company’s employees work a more a then 50 hours a week due to the poorly structured schedule. In this situation, our company definitely need a well planned time frame and structure to improve overall success.

While, we are working on it from a long time, i would suggest that remote work will be suitable and productive way to reduce work hours. Instead of spending 50 hours at office, it would be best to have 20 hours of work from home policy for every employee.

I believe that the implantation of these changes will positively effect the working capacity of our team. Additionally, they can have a more time to spend with their family. Consequently, with a more motivated and productive team, we can expect to see a overall growth.
