Dear Mr. Dhillon,
I am writing this letter to appreciate your decision towards decreasing work time as well as to provide a few recommendations for this.
As we know employees have a huge pressure of work, therefore they have no free time to spend with their loved ones and to do leisure activities to clear their brains. Due to your decision, they will get these opportunities.
There are several ways to cut work hours. Firstly, you are supposed to hire new employees. Secondly, rather than doing work separately, you give preference to making groups. As a result, workers will finish projects earlier since they can use distinct ideas from all brains. Lastly, try to outline every project first so they have enough time to finish it; they do not feel pressure at the end to complete this.
These amendments would be fruitful for our organisation. When they have fresh brains, they devote more energy to work, which will enhance productivity. Not only this, but they also get the chance to make strong relationships with each other as they work cooperatively.
I hope these ideas will be helpful to you, and I look forward to receiving your positive response.
Yours sincerely,
Harjinder Kaur
