Dear Ariel,
I hope you’re doing great. I’ve been reflecting on our last conversation when you mentioned feeling a bit out of shape, and it’s been on my mind ever since. I totally get where you’re coming from, as I’ve been in that rut myself.
If I were your shoes, I’d prioritize finding a way to blow off some steam. It’s vital to strike a balance between work and health, so I’d strongly suggest you take up kickboxing. I’ve been doing it for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a total game-changer for my mental clarity and physical stamina.
What’s great about kickboxing is that it’s not just about burning calories, it’s incredibly social and keeps you on your toes. You don’t need to be a pro to start; you can just dive right in. Why don’t you give it a shot for a week? I’m certain you’d find it refreshing, and it would definetly help you recharge your batteries.
I would strongly suggest that we both learn this sport as it is beneficial for our health and helps keeps us fit, and take up on any challenge or threat that we might face in our daily lives.
Anyway, that’s just my three cents I’d love to hear what you think about this.
Best soulmate,
Aziz
