Dear Simran,

Hope, you’re doing well. I know that you made for us to watch the movie together, but, unfortunately, I can’t join you now.

Actually, I have an urgent meeting at office on that day and my manager told me not the ship that meet-up, therefore, I am not available on that day.

On the other hand, I found out a best option for you. Raman who is our mutual friend is free and I asked him, he is happy to join you for the movie.

I think raman is not only good person to go with as he is not only a fun-loving person. and but also talktive too. I think he’ll not let your mood down and both of you’ll enjoy each other’s company.
