Dear Esha,
I am writing this letter in regard to our previous conversation about the movie. We decided to watch it together. Knowing that you really wanted to watch this movie together, I can’t make it.
On Thursday, March 21, my goldfish kind of brain completely forgot that I have a doctor’s appointment. As you are already aware of the fact that my skin has been breaking out real bad all of a sudden, seeing a dermatologist is really important. And you know how difficult it was to purchase these tickets, as the movie is so in demand.
But as a good friend of yours, there is no way I can make you go alone. You remember my neighbor Rashi, right? I had a small talk with her about the movie, and guess what? She said “Yes!” She was delighted when I talked to her about this movie.
The reason she is a good company is because her interest in horror movies is very high. You both have the love for horror movies in common, and that is wonderful! Conversation would not be boring, and it wouldn’t even be awkward. You can share each other’s likes and dislikes of different horror movies.
I sincerely wish it was possible for me to attend, I would have. But let me know your thoughts on this, and next time, we will definitely go to the movie together. Give my regards to your family and the cute dog. Can’t wait to hear back from you.
Yours truly,
Hetvi Shah
