Dear Madam,

I am writing to invite you a fundraising gala which orginized by our local community to support its ongoing programs. The main purpose of this gala is to raise funds for educational and recrational activities for children and families. Our center is dedicated to create safe and supportive environment where people of all ages can learn, grow and connect with each other.

The gala will take place on 6 th May at 6 PM at the Grand Hall in the city center. This evening will include a formal dinner, beverages which all depends on personal preferences and live entertainment, opportunities for networking with other local leaders, as well.

Your presence at this event would be highly valuable and, as it would not only inspire but also encourage others to contribute and may strenthen partnerships. Your support could make a significant difference in improving local programs and services.
