Dear Sir,

I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the closing of the sports and leisure centre.

I am Harmanpreet Kaur. I live in Alpha City. I recently received your email and I came to know about the decision of the council to close the sports and leisure centre. I was very disheartened to read this news. I and my friends use the gym on the daily basis.Furthermore,my brother and sister attend the football classes at the weekends which they enjoy.

The sports and leisure centre is an essential part of the local community. The individuals like to do exercises, play different kinds of sports and do daily morning and evening walk.Moreover, the old people are confined to the four walls of the house during the whole day.They go for morning and evening walk and to socialize with the different types of people.

Closing the sports and leisure centre will prove to be catastrophic for the general public. The local residents will lose a lot of facilities. As there are no other sports and leisure centre nearby our living area. The closure of the sports and leisure centre would have a detrimental effects on our health.

I hope you will consider these concerns before making a decision.
