Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing formally request detailed information about council’s plan on closing the public library in our neighbourhood.
The main concern is as family, we use the library very often for various purposes. For instance, I use the library to prepare myself for the university exams whereas my father uses for his academic search because we can reach many resources through the library. In addition, this library has much benefits for the local community as well. There are many high school students like me who use the library for their educational needs. Therefore, closing the library will likely create inconvenience within our comnunity.
I would appreciate if you could reconsider this plan about the library. If you also consider a suggestion from a person from the community, I would suggest you to close the elder center next to the library which is hardly used by the community because it consists of young population. Furthermore, I have also included some complaints from the community attached to this letter. I trust this matter will be resolved promptly, as community has a right to reach these public places as they wish.
Thank you for your attention. I expect a response within 7 days. Please contact me at my e-mail address an@gmail.com for further clarification.
Yours sincerely,
A
