To whom may it concern,

I am writing with regard to a matter I would like to bring to your attention. I have been a visitor of local library for the past 4 years. Unfortunately, I have recently encountered a situation that I feel must be addressed. The situation is that the local library will be closing down permanently.

There are a lot of people using the local library because the library is the only library in the town. If the library will be close down permanently the people of the town would not find a place for study or read. This has caused us considerable inconvenience and has significantly affected our daily life.

Because of that the library is the only library in the town, we consider that the library should not be close down or an another library should be open. I would be most grateful if you could look into this matter and take the necessary steps. I would appreciate your response within the upcoming days.
