Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I would love to volunteer and offer my support for some local environmental initiatives. Living in a seaside town, I strongly believe that we should focus on keeping the sea and the beaches clean in order to protect local wildlife and ecosystems.

Having said that, I have heard of a volunteer project that has reached incredible success for environment preservation and among citizens. It mainly consists of collecting waste from the shore, such as plastic items and other materials visitors may leave behind.

I would like to take part of this program and I can help with encouranging community involvement as well. I own a cafe in town so, in order to attract more volunteers, I could set up a stand offering fresh beverages and snacks for free for people who participate in the event. Moreover, I could give a discount to the person who collects more litter that can be used for an order in my establishment.

Furthermore, we could create an adv campaign on social media to gather more support for the cause. As a result, we may reach a more young audience and raise environmental awareness among teenagers.
