Dear Sir,

I am writing to bring your attention to Ray Shaun, an African American activist. I would like to recommend him for receiving a Medal of Honor for his work on racial equality and civil liberty.

Ray has been an integral part of the movement in Kansas City that has generated awareness about the dangers of racism and the importance of equality. Several members of the community have been motivated to participate in the movement because of the incredible speeches that he has delivered. His speeches have also made people realize their civic duty to actively oppose racist ideologies.

Due to these efforts, I strongly believe that Ray deserves a medal of honor along with the grant from the government to start his own foundation which can help fund the education of African American children from poor neighborhoods which is something Ray is very passionate about.
