Dear Mr. Smith,
I trust this letter finds you in good health. I am a fellow citizen named Arash Soltani, living in the lovely neighborhood of West Ham. Due to some shortcomings in the waste segregation domain, I have decided to write this letter to explain related issues and propose possible countermeasures.
Regarding the aforementioned situation, our neighborhood has been a tourist hub in the city for more than a century. Recently, the lack of responsible recycling has led to an inappropriate scenery. Since barely had we seen such disappointing circumstances before, one could only wonder whether the city council is fully implementing the recycling guidlines issued by the government. For instance, citizens who avoid separating their waste should receive a formal notice. However, I personally witnessed that such a letter has yet to be received by any particular household. Furthermore, the application of bins designed to encourage people to separate their litter seems to be delayed, which can facilitate this task if it is fully implemented.
It is of paramount importance that the council thoroughly investigates this problem, by utilizing any means at its disposal. I have seen many successful examples of overcoming this issue in other parts of the country, one of which is Vancouver where they have heavily invested in flyers aimed at explaining the importance of this task to children. I would be honored should you invite me to join your next public session, discussing this matter in person. Please contact me if any help is required.
I am looking forward to hearing good news from you.
Kind regards.
Arash Soltani
