Subject: Apologising on the behalf of recent complain.

Dear Neighbour,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of your health.Therefore, I recieved your letter a day before yesterday regarding the complain, Hence, You have specifically mentioned about the distractive noices you heard at midnight due to which your sleep got disturbed, Moreover, Also told that you couldn’t sleep properly later that night, Obviously, As you have a habbit of waking up early because of work which resulted in feeling you lethargic all day long.

I have written this letter especially to aplogise for that night, Additionally, Informing you that my friends threw a surprise birthday party that particular night which I was unaware of, Otherwise, I would have infomed you beforehand about it. I felt miserable after gaining knowledge about your situation,Obviously, I wanted to aplogise to you personally and I promise to avoid such incident don’t occur again.

Hoping that you will accept my apology and forget the past incident,Thankyou.
