Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to forward my complaint about my neighbor. I live in apartment 203 on third floor. My concern is related to my neighbor from 204.

My neighbor is used to of listening songs late at night. It’s very noisy and disturbing. He often has night parties on weekends at his place also. I am an old man and having health complications. My doctor has prescribed me sleep medications as proper sleep is very crucial for my physical and psychological well-being. Due to the loud music I am unable to sleep well. It is affecting my health. In addition to this, it is increasing my irritability and anxiety issues.

I have communicated this problem several times to my neighbor very politely and requested him humbly to avoid using buffers late at night but he didn’t comply. It is clearly written in the rules of the building that using buffers late at night and holding night parties after 12:00 am is not allowed. I want you to send a notice to my neighbor as he is violating rules and regulation of the building.
