Dear Ms. Tuazon,
I am writing this letter to inform you that one of my neighbors is a bit disturbing. I live in apartment 135 and the neighbor that I was complaining about lives in apartment 133.
I think he is new because the family used to stay there few months ago are nice and noiseless. I noticed that this young man used to have parties twice a week with a loud music late at night, which annoys me because I can’t sleep properly. I need to go to bed early because I have a work that starts early.
I would like to suggest to you to go to his apartment and talk to him about my complaint. Give him a first and last warning about the situation and if he refuse to obey, get him evicted.
I am looking to forward to hearing from you that you have taken necessary actions to deal with this problem. I will surely appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Emerlyn Puno
