Dear Sir/Madam,
I write this letter to concern about the unclean cafeteria in the office because benches and chairs are not fully cleaned. Also, most of the food are placed cover in open area while expired items are stored in refrigerator which all are put bad impact on the health of employees.
In view of this, i politely recommend a few remedies which will be helpful to maintain the hygiene in the cafeteria. First of all experienced staff members should be hired to clean the kitchen area, under the observation of a supervisor on the regular basis and expired items should be discard as well.
I hope you will understand my concern regarding the clean and safe cafeteria moreover health of the employee. Kindly provide me a quick response as soon as possible.
