Overrall,it can be clearly seen that Europe has the highest rate whereas Japan has the lowest rate.UK is in between the two.

In 1993,Japan began with 2% and rose to approximately 3% in 1995.From 1995 to 1997 it remained stable.There was a slight increase to 5% in the year 2001.Japan reached its peak of 6% in 2003.Afterwards,it experienced a dramatic decrease to 4% in 2007.

United Kingdom started with a higher rate of 11% and it then attained a fall of upto just above 4% in 2001.From then,the measure was constant amid 2001and 2005.Changes were however seen as the rates increased to 6% in 2007.Additionally,Europe started with a rate of 9% in 1993 and climbed to about 11%.It then dropped to just above 8% in 2003.Moreover,it had a slight ascend to 9% in 2005 then descended to under 8% in 2007.
