Those that encouraging of learning foreign languages that this will resulting in a reduction in this type of language barrier and solve improve of career opportunities, this is mainly because ,if you have got a meeting or go to abroad as travel by work or vacation which might be good opportunity of overcome your language barrier in front of native speaker and eventhough, you are not be native speaker, you feel like better .secondly these days, the majority of learner appreciate from government by this way, they can deride to career development, the fact is that , in our country president give a chance for learner , such as English, if someone take c1 or 7 certificates , this person can take extra money as a reward, such as the amount of 2 million dollars. After all, most of the individuals can achieve which is wide range of opportunity by work or study ,hence , people believe that a bit little part of foreign language give a great deals of opportunity for alternation of life .
However, there are a number of reason why this is not right action for improvement. Firstly, accessibility is a big effect of people’s learn on foreign language, be especially, workers which is a big companies or small ones . It is because , they are busy full of time with their work . It is known that in our country stuffes have got a deadline by their workplace.
