Art and music are know to be the key factors of a society. In my opinion, it is still one of the basic element in this modern world. As far a question regarding the learning of art and music, I believe children should be allowed a limited time to learn art and music as there are other importat skills children must learn.
First of all, music and art are part of human civilization from the begining of time and has contributed a lot in wars, theater and science. Take the example of ancient skirmishes between two rivals where music played a crucial rule. Different types of tones were used to change the order of their attack. For instance one beat means it’s the archers turn to rain down arrows on enemies, while three beats means that, now is the time for infantry to attack. In this the they keep their army in order. Furthermore, music was also a source to motivate the troops in battlefield. In modern world it is also loved by young genrartion for relaxation. In fact, youtube is widely used for music purpose, which is a globally recognized platform.
On the other hand, childrens are the great assest of any country and their time must be spent in a meaningfull ways in order to contribute to the society. Music is important but there are other fileds which are very important such as science and technology and time spent with playing violan and other instruments should be of limited time period as it can spoil their mind and child may suffer from addication. For example, if a child aim is to become an engineer but spend massive amount of his time listening to music and playing drums or other musical instrument, how he’s going to accomplish his goal of becoming an engineer? So, a proper schedule is necessary for child in order to pursue a goal.
In the end, the role of art and music is not something to be forget, no matter how advance the world is, its role will be always present. At the same, a proper timetable is necessary for child to play wiht musical equipments.
