On the other hand, job satisfaction is much more important than a high salary. I completely agree with this assertion; when people are content with their jobs, it fosters a positive mindset among employees. For instance, in China, many workers feel relaxed in their jobs, which positively impacts their mental and physical health, as they do not burden themselves with excessive workloads.
