In the recent year, the number of mergers has been slightly increasing. Many people believed that people who commit murder should only be punished by death penalty. However, if some people accidentally killed someone without no intent. Some people think that death penalty should use in tent to killed innocent people or serious cases and life in prison is also use in some case.
In today’s society, there are so many criminals an violent, as you can see in the newspaper or news there are a lot of murder case and crime everyday there is nothing to stop these person with a mental illness. Sometime there killed someone to satisfy their needs. On the other hand, in 1989, there was a famous case know as the Menenzen crime is the brothers who murdered their parents because they have been sexually abused since they were kid. At first they were sentenced to prison without parole. And what is happened It was an accidentally murder not a tent to kill. in this case if the court punished them with death penalty, in my opinion, it is a self-defend and the victim is deserved what they done.
On the other hand, death penalty is important to society. The death sentence also useful, you know if you murdered someone you are going to die too. Sometime who have intent to kill another person but change their mind because they fear the consequence. So, the person who murder is kill themself too .This way it can reduce criminals. If a criminal murder someone and then get the deathly penalty, it not society’s fault it is what they deserve for killing someone also it should depend on case.
In many countries, the punishment cannot control the criminal’s situation and death penalty become on of the law. There is many case that woman or man kill to protect themselves and it is not uncommon when a girl kill a raper to save herself and before death sentence the reason is an important thing to consider. People need to accept the responsibility of what they done. Death penalty is the only way to make those people slightly disappear.
