Nowadays, many children spend a lot of time indoors. They watch TV, play computer games, or use phones everyday. I think children should spend more time outdoors because it is good for their health and mind.
First of all, outdoor activities help children stay healthy. They can run, play football, ride bikes, and breathe fresh air. This helps their body become stronger. Children who stay indoors too much may become lazy or unhealthy. And also indoors activity is so harmfull for their health. if they use their own phones or computers a lot, then it may harms their eyes.
Secondly, being outside can make children happier. They can play with friends and enjoy nature. It also helps them reduce stress and improve their mood.
However, spending some time indoors is also important. Children need to study, read books, and rest at home. Technology can help them learn new things too. In current days technology is developing quickly. if they do not use the technology, their worldwide can not improve.
In conclusion, I believe children should spend more time outdoors than indoors. Because outdoor activities are very important for their physical and mental health.
