Around the globe , some students pay the tution fee of university themsevles . While , in some countries , the government covers all the payments. In my opinion , there are both advantages and disatvantages of this view .
In some parts of the world , university students don’t pay for their college fees because of the government’s aid . It is primarily because of the financial condition in the country . Most families struggle to sustain both personal life and university life of their child at the same time . As a result , the government helps them to cover the fees of their colleges . By doing so , it maintains the balance between those two without ever needing to work extra-hours . Later , it contributes to economic growth . The more educated people , the better quality of work . For instance , the US government often creates significant opportunities for low-income families . Therefore , people from all around the world get to connect with each other . Furthermore , the huge number of talanted people emerge like Mark Zuckerberg who invented facebook while he was studying at Harvars with cost of 0$ . It not only made himself rich but also boosted the Us economics .
However , in other parts of the world , the governments don’t entirely pay tuitons for their inhabitants . It is mostly due to the poor economics . Countries such as Pakistan , can not afford covering all the fees of college . Additionaly , if the governments start to take these steps , it will negatively affect other aspects . One of them is healthcare system . Public services hugely depend on the revenue from the government . If all these money is spent on university fees , individuals will be left with no medince and other public services . Consequently , it creates long-term financial instability in the country .
In conclusion , although covered fees play important role , it doesn’t outweight the disatvantages and might worsens the economy in the long-term.
